This policy explains how Doctor At Home Care ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you call, message, or use this website to book a home visit or related service.
2. Information we collect
When you book a visit, we collect information you give us directly — name, phone number, visit address, and the symptoms or health information you share so we can match you with the right specialist. During and after a visit, the attending physician may record clinical notes, diagnosis, and prescription details as part of your care. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; the "Write to us" and click-tracking features, if enabled, only record that a call/WhatsApp button was tapped, not the content of the conversation.
3. How we use it
We use this information to coordinate and deliver your visit — dispatching a matched specialist, sharing relevant history with the attending physician, following up on your care, and communicating booking details. We do not sell your personal or health information.
4. Who we share it with
Your information is shared with the physician and nursing staff assigned to your visit, since it's necessary for them to provide care. We may share limited information with payment processors to complete a transaction, or with authorities where required by law. We do not share your health information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We retain booking and clinical information for as long as needed to provide follow-up care and to meet applicable medical record-keeping and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep this information limited to those who need it to provide your care.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to any medical record-keeping requirements we're legally obliged to follow) by contacting us using the details below.
8. Children’s information
We do collect information about children when a parent or guardian books a visit on their behalf — this is necessary to provide care and is handled with the same protections as any other patient information, disclosed to us by the booking adult.
